- No fake reviews: Posting fake reviews is prohibited under our terms and is actionable under the E-Commerce Act 2081.
5. Grievance redressal
In compliance with the E-Commerce Act 2081, Bharosilo provides a grievance redressal mechanism:
- Reporting content: Users can report reviews, listings, and other content through the reporting tools available on the platform.

- Response time: We aim to respond to all complaints within 15 business days as required by the E-Commerce Act 2081.

6. Data protection and privacy
